Policies for Kindermusik Classes

Yearly Schedule

Classes meet 46 weeks throughout the year.

Holiday weeks off:

  • Spring Break - 1 Week (based on CCSD school calendar)

  • Memorial Day Break - 1 Week

  • July 4th Break - 1 Week

  • Labor Day Break - 1 Week

  • Thanksgiving Break - 1 Week

  • Dec/Jan Holiday Break - 2 weeks

Missed classes and make ups

If you miss a class, you can make up the class at any time while you are enrolled. To schedule, send us an email (kindermusikofcharleston@gmail.com) or call/text ‪(843) 608-0565‬ and we will help you schedule your classes.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for unused classes. Refunds under special circumstances can be requested via email and subject to approval.

Payments

Monthly fees will be automatically processed on the first of each month. To discontinue your membership, notify via email by the 20th of the month prior to canceling.
